Getting Started
Once you have successfully completed your payment for our practice tests, you will receive an email confirming your purchase. This email will contain your login credentials, including your password. Please keep this email safe.
On the login page, enter the email address you used during the purchase process.
Enter the password provided in the confirmation email.
Click on the "Log In" button to proceed.
Accessing Your User Dashboard
Upon successful login, you will be redirected to your user dashboard.
In your user dashboard, you will find a list of courses that you have subscribed to. These courses are designed to help you prepare for employer tests and increase your chances of landing your desired job.
Locate and click on the specific course you wish to access. This will take you to the course content, including practice tests, study materials, and any additional resources related to that course.
Congratulations! You are now ready to start using our practice tests and resources to prepare for your upcoming employer tests.

Getting Started with Your Test Practice
Selecting a Test
After logging into your user dashboard, you will see a list of courses you have subscribed to.
Choose the specific test you want to practice and click on it to access the practice materials.
Taking a Practice Test
Within the selected test section, you will find individual practice tests or sections.
Click on the test or section you wish to begin with.
Before starting the test, you will see a brief description explaining what the test covers.
Click on the "START" button to initiate the practice test.
Completing the Practice Test
As you work through the questions, answer each one to the best of your ability.
Once you have completed all the questions in the test, you will immediately receive your score.
This score will help you determine whether you have passed or failed the practice test.
Reviewing Answers and Explanations
After completing the test, you have the option to review your answers and explanations.
Click on "Result Breakdown" to see a detailed analysis of your performance. ( It opens in another browser tab)
Once you have seen your performance analysis, you can go back to your test page, and click "Complete lesson" to show you have completed the test.Â
Then, you can click on the arrow sign ">" to view the correct answers and detailed explanations for each question. This step allows you to learn from your mistakes and understand the reasoning behind the correct answers.
Moving to the Next Practice Test
Once you have reviewed your answers and explanations, click on "Complete Lesson" to finish the current practice test.
Click the arrow sign ">" to proceed to the next test or section in your course.
Congratulations! You are now ready to continue your test preparation journey.
Repeat these steps for each practice test to improve your knowledge and performance.

Subscription Cancellation FAQs
How do I cancel my weekly subscription?
Log into your TestHQ account (click the avatar at the top right of the website), then go to Settings → Billing → Cancel Subscription.
Where do I find the cancellation option?
After logging in, click your avatar (top right), then open Settings. From there, click Billing and select Cancel Subscription.

Will I be charged again after I cancel?
No. Once you cancel, you won’t be charged again.

Do I still have access after cancelling?
Yes. Your subscription will remain active until the end of your current billing cycle.

Can TestHQ cancel my subscription for me?
Yes. If you’d rather not do it yourself, send us a quick message and we can cancel it immediately from our end.

I paid with PayPal or Apple Pay, how do I cancel?
If you paid using PayPal or Apple Pay, you can cancel either:
Inside your TestHQ account (Settings → Billing → Cancel Subscription), or
Directly from your PayPal or Apple account subscription settings.

I can’t log in, how can I cancel?
Message us and we’ll help. If possible, include the email address used at checkout so we can find your subscription faster.

What if I don’t see “Billing” or “Cancel Subscription”?
Make sure you’re logged into the same email you used to subscribe. If it still doesn’t show, message us and we’ll cancel it for you.

When does my cancellation take effect?
Your subscription stays active until the end of the current billing cycle, unless you ask us to cancel it immediately from our end.

How do I know my subscription is cancelled?
After cancelling, you should no longer see an active subscription renewal and you won’t be charged again. If you’re unsure, message us and we’ll confirm the status for you.
