TestHQ places a high value on providing a positive SHL assessment-taking experience. However, regardless our best efforts, issues may arise from every now and then. Thus, we apologize for any issues you may have encountered while practicing your SHL tests on our platform. If you want to notify us about the issues you encountered, you may do so either by making a complaint or submitting a feedback:
NOTE: TestHQ will do everything possible to review your complaint and feedback within a reasonable timeframe. If you provide feedback, we will use it to help enhance the SHL practice test experience. In the case of a complaint, we will send you an email with our conclusion after we have reviewed the issue.
